It's been awhile.. life has been a crazy swarm of millions of things. I'll catch you up...
I went home over the weekend and surprised my family! My mom knew I was coming home, but no one else did. We left on Friday at 6 am and got to Wenatchee around 5 pm. My mom picked me up at Fred Meyers and then we went home where I surprised my sister and dad, who were completely confused. haha! I then went to my Nana and Papa's, Aunt Deb's, Grandma Vera's, and a few other places to say hello! Tay and Em then came over, not knowing I was home, and I surprised them as Tay's birthday present! On Saturday, we saw Despicable Me 2 and then had a party for Tay's birthday! Come Sunday morning, I was on my way back to the Burg. It was a fast trip, but it was nice.
I am currently sick, which really, really, really sucks. I'm chugging water, OJ, and vitamins. I have two weeks left of school and then vacation. I cannot get sick!
There's TWO weeks left of this semester! This is sooooooo crazy! This semester has been fantastic, and I'm really quite sad to see it end. I have made so many new friends in my ward and it's going to be sad when some aren't here fall semester! Tonight is our last Student Support hurrah and I'm sad. Being apart of Involvement was a great decision, and I have met so many wonderful people. I wish I could just freeze life right now, and cherish it even longer, but there's greater things to come.
I have enjoyed this semester so much! I have learned so much about life and friendship. I have learned that anyone can impact your life. My testimony has grown and is swelling inside me. I have found the truths of the gospel and my life has been changed. I have been touched with the kindness of others and the spiritual influence of others. BYUI is simply incredible. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
